Chris Smith founded Intellegration in 2003. His career includes over three decades of inventive engineering solutions for aerospace, robotics, medical equipment, food processing, metal refining, and nuclear industries.
Having provided consulting services and hardware to the Hanford Site since 1986, Chris is familiar with many of the DOE site operations, processes, and safety regulations. He has leveraged that expertise and knowledge to design and produce finely machined tools for the most hazardous applications.
Chris is a master engineering problem solver. His strengths include design, fabrication, and engineering consultation. He tackles every engineering problem with a foundation in physics and a commitment to precision, efficacy, and safety. Equally important, Chris is a “systems thinker,” who calculates and adapts to the impact of mechanical changes. Ultimately, all engineering solutions must be both effective and efficient. Consequently, Chris uses the latest version of SolidWorks 3D solid modeling software to ensure mechanical engineering integrity. Chris’s bottom line is simple: It has to work, and it has to work effectively and safely.
